Entire Agreement

Except as specifically set forth in any separate formal purchase agreement between you and onlyestgroup, these terms and conditions (this "Agreement") apply to all online purchases you make from the www.onlyestgroup.com website (the "Site") and may not be changed, supplemented, or modified by you through the use of any other documents. Any attempt to alter, supplement, or modify this document or to enter an order for products subject to additional or modified terms and conditions is void unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by you and the parties. By purchasing products and/or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not combined with post-onlyestgroup until accepted by onlyestgroup. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, i.e. diy.us reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction prior to shipment (once the order is cancelled by the system, a refund will be initiated). onlyestgroup will indicate its acceptance of the order by replying to an email confirming your order or by shipping the ordered items to you.

Price

MRP is the manufacturer's suggested retail price. We may generally sell products at prices below MRP and for any given product, MRP may not be available for sale.

MRP is a benchmark for comparing our MRP discount to pricing offered by other retailers. Whether other retailers sell at MRP will vary by product, geographic location, store type and time of year.

Although we update MRPs regularly when we receive direct mail products and on our website, in some cases, manufacturers may change their MRPs without notice.

Please contact the manufacturer of a specific product for the most up-to-date MRP information.

MRP quotes for private label or private label products are developed internally with comparable name brand products in mind. We may typically sell such products at a price below the MRP and the MRP may not be available for any given product.

Although our limited time events are intended to be limited time events, the low prices we offer during these events may continue to be valid after the event ends.

The value associated with an item marked "Free with Purchase" is based on the MRP.

Payment Terms - Orders

Internet orders can be paid for using the following methods: PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay. If you are unable to place an order online, simply contact us at +18268617346 to place your order or email  spport@ditmyflower.com  all non-credit card orders are subject to a 10 business day hold. Cash can be deposited directly into our bank account.

Limited quantities

Some products, including those marked as hot deals, clearance, limited items and free gifts, may be limited to stock and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shipping - Taxes and Ownership

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order. Most orders received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will ship within 5 business days! Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipped to other addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to ship in batches, which does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining shipments.

All items purchased from onlyestgroup are manufactured under a contract of carriage. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Separate taxes and fees will be shown on the invoice. We are required to charge a 12.5% sales tax on all orders shipped to U.S. states. This tax is included in the price shown on our website.

Limited Warranty

All new products are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty periods and service vary by manufacturer and product.

onlyestgroup does not provide separate warranties and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, onlyestgroup expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions on any product sold to you, whether express, implied, or not legally binding for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement of third party rights. You may purchase additional warranty coverage if you pay for our Premium Warranty Plan.

Lowest Price Guarantee

Buy with confidence. If you find a lower price advertised by any authorized U.S. dealer before or after the sale, please call or email us. We will beat any verifiable advertised price by 10% of the difference. If you have purchased from us and find a lower advertised price within 10 days of your purchase, please contact us by phone or email and we will refund the difference after verification.

For Internet requests, please contact us through online support and provide our representative with the address of a competing website (preferably a specific product page URL). We will verify online pricing and product descriptions, brand names, availability, and associated pricing and product specifications. Due to manufacturer restrictions, certain products are not covered by this warranty. For more information, please consult a sales representative or contact us through online support. Advertised items must be factory sealed new products. Demo models, factory stop watches, specials, discontinued items and floor samples are not included. Merchandise must be in stock, advertised, and verifiable on the web or in local or national newspapers, magazines, or authorized dealer catalogs (you may need to email or fax a copy of a competitor's offer). onlyestgroup will beat a combination or multiple offers at its sole discretion.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it for a full refund of the product's purchase price, full credit, or an exchange of your choice. We give you 15 days from the date of shipment. This is the best guarantee in the artificial flower industry in the United States.

* www.onlyestgroup.com will only accept returns within the first ten (15) days of delivery.

* onlyestgroup will not accept returned items without a return form.

* All returned items must include the original packaging from the user manual, warranty card, and should not show any wear or abuse of the product.

* A copy of the invoice must be included with the returned package/item. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please contact ONLYESTGROUP Customer Support for invoice related inquiries.

Out of stock items

We usually stock 75% of our products. Occasionally, there may be a shortage of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email of the approximate time the item is expected to arrive. If this time is longer than 15 business days, we will automatically issue a full refund and place your order on hold. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. For orders containing multiple products, we will ship the items currently in stock at your request and will ship the returned ordered items upon arrival at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

ONLYESTGROUP does not accept liability for remedies beyond those set forth herein, including any liability for failure to use the product or for loss or corruption of data or software, or for the provision of service and support. ONLYESTGROUP will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or statutory damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. you agree that ONLYESTGROUP shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the total dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products or services under this agreement that gives rise to such liability, whether for breach of contract, warranty, negligence, tort enforceability, or otherwise. some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Applicable Law - Resale or Export

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the states and India. You agree and represent that the goods you purchase are for your personal use only and may not be resold or exported.
